SprintStack shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of its software. Liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the software or services. You release SprintStack from any claims exceeding this limitation.
SprintStack is not responsible for the user-generated content and its application by the user.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction]. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and SprintStack. SprintStack is not liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
